Returns & Exchanges
POLICY
All KIRB.X products undergo a quality control test prior to shipping to assure you that you will receive exactly what you have paid for. This is so that we do not waste your time nor ours.
We will not refund a product unless it is damaged or defected from new.
We do not cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling or abuse on any of our products from the consumer.
If the product/s received are damaged or defected, please contact us via email within 3 days of opening the parcel. We may ask for photo evidence of the damage or defect. We will decide whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
If eligible for exchange or replacement we will provide you with our shipping details via our email conversation/log.
We have the right to refuse a refund or replacement if we believe that the consumer has damaged, modified or tampered with our products in any way.
If returning to us, the package must include the microfibre pouch and protective box that came with the product and must be delivered to us within 14 days of our emailed conversation/log.
When returning, please package them up securely in a cardboard box or bubble wrap. Please put your full name, return address, mobile number, email address, and date purchased or receipt in the package.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we unfortunately can’t be responsible for it if it gets lost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product/s are returned and found to be in poor condition upon examination (which includes wear or sweat marks to the lens, scratches/damage to the lens or any other part of the frame) this will void the warranty.
Please note: Any items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund.
